We are excited to announce the next Security Architecture Roundtable and SABSA Meetup in Nashville on April 27th from 1pm to 5pm. This meeting will be like the previous meetings where we discuss common security and compliance issues, and look at strategic solutions leveraging established frameworks and methodologies. However, for this meeting we will focus primarily on healthcare specific threats and issues that we are facing in the industry (anyone can attend, but we will use that for context). Please RSVP (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., or reply to this email) if you would like to attend so we can plan accordingly.

Planned topics include:

  • Current and emerging Healthcare threats

  • Challenges facing security architects and security programs

  • Practical use of frameworks and methodologies (SABSA, NIST, HITRUST)

  • Assessing and communicating risk to stakeholders (SABSA, NIST, FAIR)

  • Using architecture to model threats and build effective control architectures

  • Building security requirements for Health Information Exchanges (HIE’s)

Space for this event is limited so please let us know if you are planning to attend. Please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to RSVP or for any questions.
